Utilizing SEO methods to increase site traffic.

We are Looking for Client Service Manager/Business Development Manager for our Digital Marketing & Brand Activation Department.
Job Description
• Person will be responsible for Business Development for the agency.
•He will be managing Leads and convert them into Sales for Digital Marketing & Brand Activation.
• Developing and implementing client service strategies that will increase sales while providing a positive experience for all customers.
• Overseeing the activities of staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems resolved.
• Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service.
• Developing policies and procedures for the resolution of client complaints and problems.
• Supervising and directing the activities of employees to ensure they comply with acceptable standards and achieve set objectives.
• Carrying out product/service assessments and liaising with the production, marketing and sales team to ensure they meet the specifications set by clients.
• Preparing and managing budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.
